Managed through your insurer
We handle the paperwork and the calls with your own insurer from start to finish.
If the accident was your fault, or you're honestly not certain, the repair goes through your own policy and your excess would normally apply. We can often reduce or cover that ourselves, and we'll tell you where you stand before any work starts. Either way we manage the whole thing for you, deal with your insurer, and keep you updated, so it's one less thing on your plate.
We handle the paperwork and the calls with your own insurer from start to finish.
You'll hear from us at every stage, with photos of the work as it progresses.
Same standard as any job we do: OEM parts to your VIN, geometry checked, road tested.
If your policy includes it, we'll sort a courtesy car so you're not stuck.
We can often reduce or cover your excess ourselves. That comes off our own bill as a discount, it's never added to your insurer's invoice, and we'll confirm what we can do before any work starts.
That's no problem. We repair the car and manage the claim through your own insurer, and keep it as painless as possible for you.
Your excess is the amount you've agreed to pay towards a claim on your own policy, and on an at-fault claim it would normally apply. In many cases we can reduce it or cover it ourselves, as a discount on our own bill rather than anything added to your insurer's invoice. Tell us what your excess is when you book in and we'll tell you exactly what we can do before any work starts.
Call us anyway. We'll take the details, get the car booked in, and the fault position gets worked out as the claim progresses.
An at-fault claim can affect your renewal, that's a matter for your insurer, but it doesn't change how well we look after the repair or how much we keep you informed.
Four quick steps and we'll come back to you, usually the same day. No pushy follow-ups, and your details stay with us.
