Non-fault claims
If another driver caused the accident, the claim runs against their insurer, not yours. That means there's no excess for you to find, your no-claims bonus stays protected, and you're entitled to a like-for-like courtesy car while your own is with us. We deal with the third party so you don't have to.

At-fault claims
If the accident was your fault, or you're honestly not certain, the repair goes through your own policy and your excess would normally apply. We can often reduce or cover that ourselves, and we'll tell you where you stand before any work starts. Either way we manage the whole thing for you, deal with your insurer, and keep you updated, so it's one less thing on your plate.

Will handling the claim cost me anything?
No. On a non-fault claim there's no excess for you to pay, and choosing MSL to manage it doesn't add any cost.
Can I use MSL even if my insurer recommends their own garage?
Yes. Your insurer cannot insist, so you choose who repairs your car. Just tell your insurer you want MSL, or let us have that conversation for you.
