Do you handle the insurance claim as well as the repair?
Yes. We manage the whole claim alongside the repair, fault or non-fault, so you don't have to chase insurers or sit on hold. You get updates from us at every stage.
Can you repair serious structural damage?
Yes. We carry out structural and chassis work to manufacturer specification, with the panels measured and the geometry checked, then road tested before it comes back to you.
Will I get a courtesy car?
On a non-fault claim you're entitled to a like-for-like courtesy car, and we'll arrange recovery if your car isn't safe to drive. On other claims it depends on your cover.
Can I use you even if my insurer suggests their own garage?
Yes. Your insurer cannot insist, so you choose who repairs your car. Just tell your insurer you want MSL, or let us have that conversation for you.
